Scheduling Policy
We appreciate your business!
So we can best serve all our clients please be advised of the policies below.
DO NOT V-STEAM If you answer YES to any of the questions below!
- Are you currently on your period?
- Are you pregnant?
- Do you currently have fresh spotting?
- Have you had spontaneous bleeding in the last 3 months?
- Do you have an IUD ?
- Have you had 2 periods per month in the last 3 months?
- Current flair or symptoms of a Sexually transmitted disease.
- Open cuts/wounds.
- Do you have a vaginal piercing? If Yes, it should be removed during service.
Arrival Time
- Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out intake forms.
- Intake forms are also available at the bottom of this page.
- If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service.
- If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
Changing your Appointment
- All requests for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time frame.
- Navigate to our CONTACT PAGE to send us a message if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- Any cancellations or rescheduling done with less than a 24-hour notice. The client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
- If we do not have a credit card on file, you will be billed at your next appointment.
- “No Call, No Shows” will be charged 100% of the cost of service.
Sickness or Family Emergency
- If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness. Please be sure to contact a medical professional.
- Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
- This is for your safety, our clients, and staff.
- A Fee would only apply if we were never notified such as a "No call No show"
